Filing a DMCA Notice

  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We aim to respond to DMCA notices within 48 hours.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification with your contact details and a statement explaining why the material should be restored.
